If you do not agree with any of the below Terms and Conditions, do not use the Site and do not purchase our product. PEGCard.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms and Conditions at any time and by using our Site, you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.

Terms of Service

This is a legal governing contract between PEGCard.com and Cardholder for the provision of services being offered through PEGCard.com . By becoming a Cardholder you automatically testify to be at least 18 years old legal age and resident in a country where using such services is not forbidden and does not violate the laws and regulation of the jurisdiction. Cardholder is claiming total eligibility for any liability arising from this claim being false. 

The Cardholder agrees that PEGCard.com is NOT a bank and does not offer any financial services such as loans, depository or any other banking service. PEGCard.com service is brought to the cardholder through third parties. PEGCard.com is a provider of ecommerce services such as virtual cards to it's customers and faciliates the resell of a third party product.

Satisfaction Guarantee

User understands and accepts that PEGCard.com offers a pre-conditioned satisfaction gurantee. In the event the user is unsatisfied with the issuance of the initial PEG Card Pacakge, we will make a one-time re-issuance of another PEG Card Package upon the fulfillment of the following conditions: 1. The original US$5 preloaded funds is fully transferred back into our system 2. Ten business days have passed since initial user complaint. If any of the above pre-conditions are not met, PEGCard.com will not honor and anull the said satisfaction guarantee. PEGCard.com reserves the right to apply at its sole discretion prevention and detection procedures and suspend accounts or refuse the execution of transactions if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudelent activity. At no time will any refunds be made. All sales and purchases are final.

Warranties & Disclaimers

User understands and accepts that it is strictly forbidden to make use of the PEGCard.com 's service in order to pay for illegal material as well as illegal downloads or any other goods and services infringing intellectual property rights of a third party and/or any illegal purpose or criminal activity of any nature. PEGCard.com will report any suspicious account activity to the relevant law enforcement authority. PEGCard.com reserves the right to apply at its sole discretion prevention and detection procedures and suspend accounts or refuse the execution of transactions if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is being or may be used for illegal purposes.

PEGCard.com shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that all transactions are processed in a timely manner. However, PEGCard.com makes no representations regarding the amount of time needed to complete processing, nor shall PEGCard.com be liable for any actual or consequential damages arising from any claim of delay or use of PEG Card .

Furthermore PEGCard.com makes no representations or warranties as to continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the PEGCard.com service, which may be affected by factors outside of PEGCard.com control. 

PEGCard.com shall in no way, and under no circumstances, be liable for any damages or losses, including without limitation, direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages deemed or alleged to have resulted from or caused by but not limited to the following scenarios:

• Cardholder/user acknowledges the said product is valid for single use & is non reloadable.
•  PEGCard.com will not be held responsible if an online merchant, website or company denies or does not accept PEG Card payment for any reason.
• Cardholder is fully responsible to keep PEG Card details safe and secure. PEGCard.com is not held responsible if PEG Card is compromised or stole, any losses or damages will not be the liability of Company.
• Any fraud, deception or misrepresentations by the Cardholder, merchant or some unknown entity or person.
• Any damages resulting from a merchant's decision not to accept a payment made through PEG Card .
• Any errors or omissions in the website content.
• The misuse of the web site content or the inability of any person to use the site.
• Delays, losses, errors, or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or any other data transmission system and the failure of the central computer system or any part thereof.
• Any results of any acts of Government or authority, any act of God or force majeure.

Limitation of Liability

PEGCard.com 's service is limited to providing Customer with a payment facility and does not ensure the quality, safety or legality of the transaction Customer is undertaking. PEGCard.com does not have any responsibility for any goods or services for which Customer pays using the PEG Card service and will not be liable for any charges, taxes or other duties in relation to such goods or services.

In no event will PEGCard.com be liable to you or any other third party for any direct, indirect, special or other consequential damages for any use of this Site or our product(s), including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data on your information handling system or otherwise, even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. 

Customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold PEGCard.com harmless against any claim brought against PEGCard.com by a third party resulting from Customer's use of PEGCard.com payment services in respect of all losses, actions, proceedings, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities whatsoever suffered and howsoever incurred by PEGCard.com in consequence of Customers non observance or breach of these terms and conditions.

Results

All results shown on this Site are accurate to the best of our knowledge. As with any system, your results may vary dependant on your location or your competency. We make no guarantees regarding the level of success you may experience. We are not responsible for your actions.
